What's harkening in your side @Fluttershy1 ?

 

I'm beginning to wind down for tonight. I'm actually feeling quite unexpectedly sleepy now which is a good thing.

 

 Tonight, I've just been thinking about and reflecting on what I gain from being on these forums. For me:

- sense of connection

- belonging

- responsibility

- de-stressor

- clarity of thought

 

Have you ever thought about what brings you to the forums and what you hope to gain by being on the forums?

Hey @BPDSurvivor @oceangirl @Meowmy @Snowie @Eve7 @Peregrinefalcon @Jynx - I feel like a letdown and mistake, my emotions are hectic, I don't know how I feel. I can't express how I feel. I'm just hating everything right now. I don't want to go out for dinner.

Hey @Fluttershy1  that's no good at all. Is there anything you can do to help ground yourself, or some way to let some emotions out? 

As for dinner, is it something you could decline for tonight? Or could it be a good distraction for you to help you regulate?
