@NatureLover @Anastasia @Former-Member
Visit from pdoc this afternoon went worse than y'day.
I had a huge meltdown after he left me (while I was bawling) & thankfully I have a wonderful nurse looking after me this arvo. She knows me from previous admission.
Just another specialist who has let me down. I'm over them and trying new ones out. I miss my psychiatrist who looked after me for years - but retired.
Hoping to be able to sleep better tonight. They have put a portable heater in my room, so at least it's not freezing!!!
Night! 💙

Hiya @WIP just wanted to pop in and offer some support. And also my condolences at having to deal with Centrelink! I don't know if that process is ever easy.
I can hear you're really feeling the exhaustion of having to hold on. I am sending some feelings of hope and warmth your way. Maybe they will hit you when you're not expecting it, and it will make you feel a little lighter.

Oh @WIP , I really feel for you and am just so sorry 😞
I'm upset and worried for you about Centrelink cutting you off and not accepting your medical certificate. Especially at this time when even living seems overwhelming for you 😞
I'm glad the social worker will help you to deal with Centrelink today. I'm wondering if you can maybe apply for the Disability Pension and /or NDIS?
And are you renting or maybe have a mortgage?
You've mentioned quite a few times before about suggesting going back on the SSRI you were on years ago that helped at the time. It seems to me to be a good idea, but of course I'm not a doctor. I am also really sorry that the pdioc there doesn't seem to be understanding or helpful 😞
I'm sending lots of wishes out for you, for hope, understanding, the right meds, strength, warmth, support, finances and help dealing with Centrelink.
You do have friends and relationships here online with us, @WIP ... 💙

Hi ladies @NatureLover @Eve7 @Anastasia
Today has dragged on so much. It's always very quiet with only one morning group being offered.
I've started to settle in a bit, and have been talking to a group of other ladies here at meal times in the dining room.
I've been a bit calmer today, but still quite anxious and teary. I can't speak highly enough of the nurses support, care and advice.
Not looking forward to seeing my pdoc 2mrw on one hand, but on the other hand I am. Hopefully, he'll let me know my treatment plan, which I think will be an intensive course of TMS treatment.
So, I'll be here longer than initially planned, but with lockdown, it doesn't really matter. However, there's no leave or visitors. So I'm missing Levi and Mum & prob won't see them for another 4 weeks.
Hoping you've all had a good weekend and are travelling along ok.
Hugs 🤗💙
