I’m so angry all the time- and if I’m not angry I’m sobbing my eyes out- beating myself up about every horrible thing I’ve ever done.
I watched my partner break down and cry all morning of Father’s Day. I have broken him.
Literally everything and anything can make me angry, and I’ve never experienced such envy in my entire life.
I hate BPD… I don’t know what else to say…

hey @AWC welcome to our forums once again!!
i don't have personal experience with BPD but i can relate to feeling a lot of anger and sadness, and feeling like you don't have much control over it. i'm so sorry you've been feeling this way.
it's so great that you've been able to come here and share what you've been feeling, sometimes just admitting how we feel can be a bit of relief.
do you have any professional support at the moment? talking to a professional and working with them to help regulate those emotions and identify triggers might help you feel more in control.
it's important to recognise that these feelings you're experiencing, as painful as they are, do not define who you are or your worth.
we're sitting with you 💜
