It's ok to feel scared @outlander. Lots of people feel scared or nervous about things like this. Remember that quote about being brave and how it doesn't mean not feeling scared? Maybe you can think of it like you thought of yesterday's tests, as something to do for your health and wellbeing.

Yes I remember it @CheerBear i think ill be trying to think that sll through the ultrasound lucky its external so no showing off any bits today thank god for that. Im.just worried its going to be a male thats going to be doing it and thats what im afraid of

I understand about not wanting a male to do it. You are brave and it will be ok.
Would you feel comfortable asking if a nurse can be with you? (If a male does the ultrasound)
Maybe you could turn up early and explain and ask. Just a thought.
