I have been snuggling on the couch watching TV. Felt like I'd been hit by a bus again, so needed to "chill out".

And @Former-Member - it has been an interesting evening - I was so angry with my mother (dec) that I had to ring Life Line and have a rant - and told the guy about the forums here and how much it helps

So tonight I have been working here and not watching TV and feeling tired and angry and miserable about my excuse for a mother

Aw - she makes me so mad at times - but I know I'm allowed to feel that way some of the time - I don't now btw

I told him I feel like an old pixar owl sitting on the shelf or window sill - telling people how okay they are and how normal it is and that they are not alone - and hope it helps them

It sure helps me
