@outlander just catching up to all the posts before my next meeting. I see your appointment was running late and you were in anxiety/panic mode. I assume you are in the appointment now and how it went relatively well. I slept a bit better but still woke at 5.30am 
I did go back to bed immediately but woke up feeling a panic and anxiousness again.....
