wowo that is a lot of walking @TAB but I suppose I would have done around the same amount of hours in training and playing sport each week - that seems a lifetime away now!

I find walking on the bush track near the beach to have the same effect @TAB It is very hilly but I also seem to be able to do it much easier than the flat. concreted ground of the city. It also has that magical bush smell with I think serves as an added incentive as the smell is pleasant. We can take dogs on the track also so I get to have my little buddy with me - maybe I could do part of the track as well as the beach on Monday.

There are seats dotted along the path too @TAB so if you need to sit and rest for moment you can. The path winds round the edge of the hill and overlooks the beach so the scenery is magical - especilly on a clear day.

I fell in love with Port Elliot when I visited there some years ago @TAB I could happily return there.
