Day 2 done, feeling happy, had some beautiful scenery, and wildlife, 30 mins walked 2 kms 👍

Well done @Surfbird I did 15 minutes walking in the pool then my usual exercises but it all adds up

I only walked once for 30 mins. Yes I’ve spent everyday in the pool twice a day.
But I’ll start walking again when I get home tomorrow.

Being in the pool is exericise and that is good for you too @BlueBay. Good to hear you will walk again when you get home though - I have been feeling very flattened by the work situation and haven't had the energy or motivation to get to the beach with Toby. I'm sure once work is sorted out I will be able to do more.

Every second day seems to suit me at the moment, maybe when I get a bit fitter I will do more, I had a lovely walk olong a beach today collected some drift wood for crafty things not quite sure what yet and got some pumice stone as well 👍
