Good night @Jacques I think the reason I can take things from you is that you have done it tough and still can care about others who have it rougher ... and there are many ...
Hi @Bill16 I am still up ... @PeppiPatty is in your time zone. I just did some music with the kids ... do you live with anybody at the moment?

Thanks for stopping by @Ace85 and @Jacques !
@Appleblossom - eating vegemite sandwiches to travel? I don't know if I could put up with that for long! I'm way too much of a foody!! Nothin' much exciting on for the weekend... just taking it easy. Going to plant a cherry tomato vine in the garden tomorrow. Then on sunday as it's father's day I think I'll take my dad out for lunch. Apart from that, probably just some housework. How about yourself?
@chookmojo you are so right about cats. They are such individuals! Good to hear you are keen for some more chickens. I really think animals are the best therapy. Do you have any other pets?

Sincerity is a good quality in a psychiatrist .. not all have it .. from there many good things can happen .. meds are tricky when you have been on them a while and tolerances etc develop ..

Tomorrow the kids want another singing session at home, then I drop off son at work and go into town for another rehearsal with ladies of my choir.
We arent doing fathers day this year as there are no father around. So Sunday we'll just relax at home.
I planted a cherry tomato when I first left husband ... and it yielded a progious amount of fruit ... good luck with it ... yum.
My off the grid friend was also a yoga teacher so she probably squeezed in a few legumes between vegie sangers ... anyway that is what she told me ...

so @PeppiPatty are you at each others places together too much? Maybe when this new phase of your relationship sorts itself out you will be able to be carer ... be together and have plenty of healthy space apart too ...
I am a little better now ... but still delicate .. just putting one foot ahead of the other
