Think it is showing itself as a weak point @Faith-and-Hope will have to work on the comedown. Hopefully won't have more of these situations for a while but I guess it really would help to plan ahead for this. Feeling quite rabbity and all over the place. I possibly would have gone for a walk if it wasn't so dark and cold. How are you?

You know what I really need @Faith-and-Hope, (sorry to everyone else for thinking out loud) is to relearn to watch TV which could help with this. I was meant to try in hospital but didn't have the concentration to. Just thoughts. Sorry for being a bit serious again.

@Bridgetjones I'm planning on going rock climbing (I live in the Blue Mountains - the climbing mecca) if it stays dry, followed by trip to the aquatic centre for spa and sauna. Looking forward to it!
@BlueBay sounds like a nice weekend ahead of you. Getting anything speical at the hairdressers?
@Former-Member I'm glad that you've popped in tonight. Hope things get better. Seems like pizza is a good Friday meal. It's our usual go to on Fridays in our household after a long week.
@Former-Member that's terrible to hear that your psych appointments have left you feeling conscious about your weight. Maybe they were trying guage if you were worried about weightgain? If they are aware of your ED, maybe they were trying to make an assessment around that. Who knows for certain though. It a pity that asked in a manner that has added to your anxiety. Please remember to look after you right now. Sounds like things are stressful for you with your partner and finances. Can you do something for you this weekend? Warm bath, a nice healthy meal, walk, yoga? Take care.
@TAB Gosh I thought you were heaps younger, with the references to Inspector Gadget ! We're only as old as we feel eh?

Hi @CherryBomb,
not sure where to ask this question and I have a feeling it's a dumb question but is there anyway to catch up on the content of the Webinars once they've passed?

Great question @Former-Member - there's no such thing as a silly question. We'll put up video recordings of each webinar here in the Forums soon. Still trying to sort out some logistics so I can't give you an exact timeframe, but I don't think it'll be too long.
@Former-Member, chai always tastes great when made by someone else. Sounds like a wonderful weekend ahead of you.
