@darwinemma the drop-in d2dl centre is at the back of the Rapid Creek shops. There is also GROW which might work for you. They're basically a 12-step mental health self help group. Your psych or counsellor may have their contact details or you can probably get them from the fellowship or the d2dl centre.
There are more groups here in the Hunter region than there were in Darwin, but here everything is complicated due to the NDIS and it's hard to access services if you don't have NDIS funding.
