Hi @CherryBomb & all...
Yes, winter is slowly saying farewell for 2016!
My partner is making samosas for dinner - filling is curried potato, chickpeas & peas - homemade "pastry" with no oil & tamarind sauce - absolutely delicious...
I've been watching the Olympics a lot - I love the Olympics - it has been giving my mood a boost. However today I feel a bit low after Cate Campbell world record holder - came 6th after breaking the OR in the heat & again in the semis & she just looked so emotionally shattered in a brief interview - I can only imagine how devastated she feels & think we just maybe put too much expectation on her.... my partner thinks it is silly that I feel depressed about this, but is also the anniversary of Robin Williams death (RIP beautiful soul), which affected me greatly 2 years ago.... These "small" things probably mean there is a bigger issue bugging me that I can't identify right now. I probably sound completely silly, but anyhow.... this is me.
Namaste,
A

Hi @Former-Member!
So nice to see you fellow yogini
Those samosas sound incredible. How do you make the pastry?
I don't think its silly that you feel for the olympian, I think you are just beautifully empathic. You see emotional hardships that lots of people might not think about. Though, the fact that you can feel this and Robyn William's passing aniversary is getting to you more usual is probably letting you know that something else needs attention - this shows a lot of insight.
So happy winter is on its way out. What an usual season its been. So cold and drawn out... well, I'm not really sure as I'm in a new place in Australia. But it did seem to go on forever. Looking forward to some sunshine!

I know the nursery rhyme! I've just not really heard of as verb before. I gathered as much it meant working with a bare cupboard, not sure how the dog fits in though!
