Well that doesn't sound like too much fun @MoonGal , but hopefully worth it.
I read the first few words of your post and was quite excited for you... 'planning to ride the rollercoaster...' then read the rest of the context... Not so fun.
@Former-Member sorry to hear you're not doing so well.. I hope we can keep you distracted and/or entertained for a while at least!

I will try to work up the motivation to go to meditation...also been meaning to try bushcare, a tree planting initiative. but I am in a state of existential uncertainty so will probably spend most of it looking up courses. a grad cert in liberal arts looks ok, surely resumes allow for 'reconnecting with your faith'?
I hope you are ok @Former-Member. nice to meet you at any rate.

Hi everyone,
In quiet and somewhat exhausted mode tonight after possibly the biggest week I've had for years. Out every day walking in the heat and humidity after not much sleep, social contact everywhere I went, and a health scare in the midst of it all that had me spinning myself out with worst case scenarios. Luckily that turned out to be the best case scenario, given the other possibilities. But I do need to be on a steroid inhaler every day for some time. Despite the ups and downs, tiredness and paranoias of the week, it's good to be engaging with the 'whole damn thing' instead of hiding in my flat like I did for so long.
Happy feasting to all!

Hi Friday feasters 😄
Well i have been a busy little bee today, i painted another room, did some shopping and mowed the lawns.
It is safe to say i am absolutely buggered 🙂 it is nice to be tired from doing something, i have achieved so much this week, had some really bad days, but the past 2 have been a nice change.
Oh my dear @Former-Member, how about we have some nice vegan food here, OMG @NikNik, do they not have a stove to cook the fish? 🙂

What a week Mazarita! I was so relieved today to read your post about the false alarm. Still doesn't sound great, but glad it's not as bad as it may have been.
@Jacques Who needs a stove when you can have it straight from the ocean (okay.. maybe not quite!)
@Former-Member I wish there was a magic wand I could give you But it sounds like you're doing a great job with your coping strategies and it's excellent you've been able to maintain your yoga. I'm off to yoga nice and early tomorrow morning... I hate it when I get up.. but I go because I know I will feel SO much better afterwards.
