The Weekly Friday Feast

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hey Smc 🙂 I have eaten a peanut butter sandwich for dinner .... not very spendiferous but will have to do as am waiting for a grocery order for tomorrow. 😄

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hi @Shaz51  and @saturnzoon  hoping you both had a more interesting meal than I have just had Smiley Winkxx

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

I'm kind of cheating (dinner), by having egg pie @Shaz51

Call it "Comfort Food", if you like...

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

@Adge  Hi Adge how are your baby budgies and finches going?

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Easy dinner here. Our daughter cooked some spaghetti for dinner a couple of nights ago, so we're reheating that, plus some asparagus and butter, plus some potato gems.

I'b gob a cowb, so I dob't feel ub to cooging tonigdh. 😛

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

No baby birds yet @greenpea I'm just hoping that there might be soon.

I thought I heard baby finches squeaking (about a week ago) - but maybe not.

It's been very Wild & Woolly here today.

I was almost blown away (& rained on), whilst out with my client.

Somehow I still managed to cook her barbecue lunch for her (in the park).

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

@Smc  you got a 'cowb'? *confused face*

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

I'm confused too @Smc @greenpea ...

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

@Adge  keep us posted on the baby birdies. Cannot wait to see the pics. Baby birds are too cute.:)

I need a one to one carer for my son on Wednesdays and Fridays. Cross fingers the agency finds some one appropriate.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

My Trauma Yoga Course (for people with trauma & PTSD) has been somewhat disappointing.

It's basically an ordinary Yoga Class, at a very high price ($50 per class).

It goes for 5 weeks.

The yoga poses in that class are the same as what I'm used to - with no explanations given, as to how it relates to trauma (or helps with trauma symptoms).

Yes it's relaxing - so is my usual yoga class.
