I'm ok thanks @greenpea   How are you going?   I'm dog and cat sitting while sil and her mum have a funeral in Sydney and bro facilitates a conference in Canberra, so it's all quiet here.  Pretty tired physically after a good workout in the pool this afternoon on top of my hydro tai chi class.   What's been happening in your world?
