that it was, @Smc , nearly got 2, was identical one there, thought it was a bit much, anyway one I did get was getting bit grey around edges, so prob needed more heat than my hotplates have lol, but was ok, prob could have cut it up and made a curry would have worked better

Hmmmm.... I had a healthy dinner of organic veggies cooked in the slow cooker with tofu :)xxx ps: now I feel like eathing something really disgusting to balance out the goodness of the meal 🙂

think going to write that down re chow mein @BlueBay  mum used to do really good ok australian version even had pineapple lol also did curry baked in oven dish with mashed potato on top, was great, not real, just delicious lol
