I know it's not quite the same, but perhaps the Forums can be a meeting place. A place to come to and hang out and let stuff out. It's kind of what we do already.
You can even have a slice of cake (vegan or not), and a cup of cofee/tea (with out without sugar).
@Former-Member 2-3 weeks of not liking hot drinks! You are tough... that sounds like ages to me to not enjoy coffee. Though I'm feeling inspired to give it a go.

@Former-Member I've started eating raw vegan chocolate (it's got no sugar either). But it's TASTY. My favourite one is the mandarin flavoured, and I can't say no to the dark chocolate either. Mmmmmmm

is that carob? @Former-Member
I went off sugar 40 years ago .. a girl at school whispered in my ear that sugar was bad for you and for some reason I believed her said no to the 2 sugars and that was that .. never looked back.
I did "provide" raw sugar for the kids and it certainly wasnt a sugar free house .. and I do have a problem with ice-cream still..
hey my vegan dinner went really well ... I soaked the kale in the cranberry juine too and it was so soft. My son is eating all his veggies even eggplant ... go mum me

I have to say i have missed my friday feast family so much. I'm sorry i havn't been here guys but as most of you know I've started my new job. The last 3 Fridays i have done the late shift which is an 8pm finish. I'm helping a work friend because they need the early finish to pick up kids.
I want you all to know that you are all in my thoughts, yes even you niknik 😉 i havn't even had time to check back yet on what was on the feast or the topic, i wanted to post first.
I'm loving my new career soooo much, it is so humbling and such a privilege to spend time each day, and support others who are doing their best with the MI they are living with.
*I put down a big plate of crispy cream donuts*
thank you everyone
