Oooo - bet he wasn't impressed but then what did he expect?
Hope your older son gets to play in the finals. It's a good feeling @lovemyboys.

Oh dear @lovemyboys
I am with @soul on a few less privileges. It does not help them long term to take too many things for granted.

Hi @lovemyboys
Yes it is his age, and I had mixed feelings when I read what he did. Yes it could be funny, but ... poor teacher and it wastes everyone's time etc. SO ggo don you.
Sure its normal but still he needs to know that you are not going to let him get away with everything!
Sorry re typos, the cursor is playing up and its just too hard to correct atm.

I was swimming all around the SANE office last Friday with Mr. Polar Bear, so this Little Mermaid was told to get some rest after all her laps trying to keep up with Mr. Polar bear. He was an absolute hit, by the way! Thank you for retrieving him for me, @Phoenix_Rising - every mermaid needs a Polar bear pal! Oh, and don't worry, I toilet trained him before bringing him in - I don't think @Former-Member would have been too happy with an un-toilet trained Polar bear in the SANE office!

@Former-Member I have had a super super super difficult day...and your post super made me giggle. Did you deliberately flood the SANE office so that you and Mr Polar Bear could swim around? I have a super funny picture in my head of all the other moderators floating around on @Former-Member's collection of floaties. They must all be so super happy that they found a mermaid. And yes, I agree that @Former-Member probably wouldn't appreciate an un-toilet trained polar bear in the office...whereas I'm sure she is delighted to have a toilet-trained polar bear there - especially swimming in a flooded office.

@Phoenix_Rising, I'm sorry to hear you had a super difficult day - hoping that tomorrow is brighter for you! I'm glad that I made you giggle. Yes, we unfortunately needed to flood the SANE office - a Polar bear and Mermaid's gotta swim! Thank god for @Former-Member's collection of floaties - everyone was just chilling and floating along. For a mere moment, the other moderators came closer to understanding this part of my world.
Yes, I'm positive @Former-Member loved our good ol' toilet trained friend Mr. Polar Bear, just casually swimming along in the flooded SANE office. She didn't say this directly, but I sensed it strongly through her expression. Plus, who wouldn't want a toilet trained Polar Bear swimming around a flooded office - it would be a sight for sore eyes!

@Former-Member ROFL. I have no idea what @Former-Member looks like and yet I still have a super funny picture in my head of what sort of expression she may have had, seeing Mr Polar Bear cruising around the flooded office.

Is it nearly time for FF?
I brought a pre-dinner snack. But they may all be eaten by the time anyone arrives.
