It was only a vegetarian pizza, @TAB. The rest is what I'm going to experiment with in my new eating arrangements as I'm tormented by eating meat and have been since I was a child. It's a bit of a juggling act getting the necessary intake. Something of a learning curve, I guess.

I just had lite n easy for dinner. Chicken schnitzel and veggies with gravy. I am going to have some vanilla yoghurt with strawberries for dessert now.
