@NightFury love the thread, so glad you ended up creating it 🥰.
Love your handwriting actually!
And really liked your writing - it felt like i was reading any other published novel, the detail of the thoughts of the person especially. I am now wondering what Bellamy has stolen... maybe food? Or maybe something more... 🤔

I like your piece too @Ruby26 🥰 thank you for sharing 😍. From the first line referencing a "tail"i immediatley thought "oohh, which animal?" I love how you didnt have to specific the animal but made it very clear through the description throughout with a tail, whiskers and purring.

@avant-garde i love how the person, the you, in your poem is so free to play and explore the scenery 😍🥰, and how at the end they feel the need to return to "proper" (elegance and grace) leaving no sign of their playful expression.
Very glad @Shaz51 tagged you into the thread (along with me, so i can read), even if our poor beloved @Jynx had a frazzled brain-fart (sending you hugs @Jynx ! We all have those times, and have compassion for you through it).

@mallory_strife i'm not a good writer either - or at least, not with creative writing. But i appreciate others 😊. I hope you enjoy reading along too. And who knows, if you feel like putting something up you are always welcome to. I cant think of a safer space to share in than with these lovely friends. Who knows, if a prompt sparks a thought in me, i may even write something! Even if its only 1 sentence lol.

We used to have a thread where each member writes one sentence to a story @Shaz51 . Do you know where that one is?

@mallory_strife I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with writing. I have also had times where all my writing is very dark, sexual and violent. I needed to write in this way to process trauma, but it wasn't anything that would be appropriate for me to share. I became very secretive about my writing for about a decade, it was something I needed to be a private thing for a while. Most of the time, writing doesn't really turn into anything coherent for me, it is more of a release. I hope you feel better about yourself soon; we all have dark thoughts, it is important to try and be kind to yourself about it.

@avant-garde wow, I love the spontaneity that is being expressed here. If there were such things as playgrounds for adults I would want to put this poem up at the entrance to encourage people to embrace their inner playfulness.
