LOL @TAB it’s a sleep apnea overnight monitor. They just want to find out what your quality of sleep is and how long you don’t breathe.

Blood pressure and heart rate. Then tell you to lose weight Haha - There’s that cycle 🔄 that you know too well.

I could sleep at the opposite end of the house and still need earplugs for my ex’s snoring lol.

no, its not @Glisten  have to stay overnight as away from home and not allowed to drive after anaesthetic after gastro endoscopy, which is very mild/twilight , got sick of lying  about not being alone etc got caught out pretty much the other week, but once more experienced person turned up they just asked me a few questions, 2/3rds of which I answered truthfully and let me go . doubt they would have a bed anyways

I had impromptu overnight stay in local hosp after hr too quick at drs @Glisten  was in rm own, across the hall and slightly down from desk where nurses where. big smiles when i got up oh you definitely have sleep apnoea  ..ugh ..

@avant-garde a cloak would be good however I'm eating @TAB comfort food he got from the pub. 

Unfortunately I can only eat salad these days. But when no one's looking I'm gobbling down that pizza.
