I'm still going with my eye makeup. Its funny you only have to mention it on facebook and all of a sudden your newsfeed is flooded with eyeshadow tutorials! Got another free book to read on you tube.

Have been doing ayurvedic oil pulling this afternoon and felt better for it. Its an ayurvedic practice that is very healthful.

How are you going tapering your meds? You do feel human lowering the dose but for me at least the symptoms return if I try and cut back. That was years ago. I don't currently have a shrink and am quite isolated so not such a good idea.

It may work out for you even if you start to feel a bit like you've got your mojo on again. But I know how you feel. Good luck with it though 🙂

As for facebook - all you have to do is glance at something and the algorithm gets all excited lol

Meds taper is going ok so far. Settled a bit after yesterday. See how it goes. Thanks!

Yeah it was a bit of a tall order for me @PeppyPatti but I tried. I told her it just was not do-able and had to cut back. The exercise used to take it out of me not leaving much energy for anything else. I'm a bit like you in that regard but i don't think people understand. Just do what you can.
