Just made some roast apple chips they are in the oven now. You just slice them thinly with a mandolin slicer and sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger both sides and place in the oven on the lowest setting for an hour then flip and do another hour on the other side. They are like regular potato crisps but low carb, no oil, frying or salt. I liked the convenience of chips in the past but tend to prefer this now @TAB
Thats a funny story about the dog at your siblings house. Animals are so smart and they certainly do things that make you laugh.

The apple chips out of the oven are crispy unlike dried apples @TAB Just got my stash of prepardness disposable plates, bowls and cutlery. Courier obviously work on xmas day. Heard them drop it off this morning. May go outside to grab some sunshine

no, @greenpea but I bought myself a power lead and some cutting discs for grinder to make hole in side fence for cat so it does have to jump over it lol so thats my xmas presents..
