@TAB its drizzling here too in Melbourne. Arthritis has been playing up for weeks as I have not been doing regular walking. Very painful. Got my mojo on so can go walking again. Enjoy church and fellowship @Meowmy. Doing Rife here again, can't stop talking about it for what its done for me. I think i could go on and on lol !!!

Hope the offer comes through @Glisten i'm glad I was done with my ex. He was after my parents estate. Have not had a partner since him. That makes it 12 years now. Been happier ever since. Don't know what he's doing with his life but he had everyone conned including his psychologist sister. Later found out from a psychologist on you tube that being a psychologist does not make you immune from deception.

It must be so worrying having an immune deficit with all this pandemic stuff going on @StuF.  You were able to kind of get over your last virus fairly well which is a good sign. With my sleep schedule the way it was my immunity could have been affected but if a bug came on quickly i did have fallback strategies in place to fight it off

I have met so many vulnerable immune compromised people on facebook and covid really was frightening for these people several years back, specifically the elderly. I read their harrowing stories and how panicked they were so if I had a bug coming on would stay at home out of respect for these people. It was not nice the way they were forced to live under fear someone would give them something and inconsiderate people just not doing the right thing under the height of the pandemic
