Bit scary about the sleep apnea! But it's good knowledge to have. What's the go forward from here?

got to try out machines think theres a few options then machines record whether works or not and take it from there @StuF hopefully not all the leads again. I thought I slept well that night , was dead or as good as plus not 1 hour proper sleep lol

couldnt have been much worse by sounds of it @StuF Dr didnt seem concerned.'oh its treatable'

@TAB hey tabby, if you sleep on your side not on your back, sleep apnea may be better. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Hope things get better
