..good re coffee @tonys  in europe , cream is normal, not milk , guess same as putting butter in. 

not up to much here . been overdoing things at home. plus no specified exercise in ages . so this trip is more creature comforts /rehab for me lol .I will come back. I already know that. Next time prob be a week.
