Yes its hot here too @TAB. I'm about to turn in for the night. Got a busy day tomorrow. Have been working with astrological transits. I use them as a way to deepen my psychological/emotional processes for self optimisation. I dunno if I'm going to get off to sleep but will turn the aircon on. Try and have a good night if possible

I know its difficult in this heat. I'm getting my cooling gel pad and putting it on the bed. It makes the bed cold. Plus aircon. Talk to you tomorrow @TAB

@StuF not humid here today . just 35 deg 10 am ha ha lol . going for 40.
am running a/c in lounge all day today w door open in hope some gets to room am in be it be or kitchen.
put piece of cloth over kitchen window telling myself temp fix at round 7am. that nearly did me in . had to get big ladder , tools etc had to sit down for a while after that then went back to bed. hopefully it does something. when get more enerby will put a curtain up on worst 1-2 windows in house
