Hello @TAB the house modification requirements have begun. Here in Victoria households are going to have to be hit with an upfront fee of $2400 in 2024-2025 to convert gas to electricity. Its a mandate. Saw someone attend a town meeting in another shire about this recently. Then its going to be all kinds of other requirements to meet green targets. I'm paying off my Plenti loan quicker then going with the Victorian Energy Initiative to convert my gas cooktop and gas hot water. I'm holding onto my money this year to pay for this.
