With so many things whirring through my mind, I'd lapsed about my iron, @Former-Member. Thanks for the reminder.
I think I've dropped my keyboard learning. Yesterday I tried to reinvigorate my interest, but I realized that when I overcome one difficulty there's another just waiting for me, and then another. Like climbing one hill after another, and I just don't think I have the energy for it all with that perspective.
I'll have to look into recapitulation.
I realized something at indoor bowls the other day. They are starting to touch me, even find an opportunity to hug me. I touch people with genuine endearment and when I've known them a long time; theirs is not the same. I had this problem at lawn bowls too. It reminded me of the childhood game of 'we all pat the dog', again. I'll be watching to see how it develops.
Anyway, I'm having a whinge. I just wish people would keep their hands to themselves. It's just polite. I hope it rains all day today. I love the rain.

Good morning @Meowmy did some lymphatic drainage and some sitz bath derivative technique and I'm down another kg today. Have broken through the barrier. Will keep persisting! What are your plans for today? I've got to do some resistance bands. Thanks for providing a good example to people with your consistent fitness regimen. It keeps me on track. Well more weeding in the garden today. My lawnmowerman should come this afternoon. Don't know how long I can afford mowing for the way prices are going but at least I got out there and have done the weeding.
