Walk was nothing huge @Bill16 , but it helps clear the head a bit. I also woke up with a dodgy back so the walk helped with that too...eventually! The initial pain was bollocks! lol

Yeah, gotta love the monthly blood tests 🤬😎

@StuF I'm done for the day. Good you got a walk in. Just put crystals outside under the full moon tonight I can get back into working with my Lemurian Seed crystal which I bought recently. It will be all ready to go again. Just cooking dinner now.

Oh you'll get back into it @StuF. I skipped the weekend and was out again this afternoon.  Yes the crystals get cleansed with salt water then charged under either a new or full moon.  Tonight is a full moon. So they will be ready to go by tomorrow. The moon should be full in the sky if you look out the window. Tomorrow Im tackling some weeding in the garden. Should be a nice cooler day for getting into gardening.
