Hello @StuF thats no good you got mood issues. I'm sorry to hear that. It sux when you get depressed etc. Maybe just keep track of your mood in a mood diary which is what I used to do. I know its not the greatest of suggestions but it helps doing some self monitoring. I'm just back in from my walk. @TAB would be good to shift some weight. See what GP says. My scales aren't going down any further. Diabetes educator wanted me to get up and down wearing chest weights. Couldn't do it due to my knees. Will go for a walk again tomorrow around the wetlands. Its going to be a hot spring here in Melbourne, got to get a diesel generator. Will be 35 degrees in some parts of the country this weekend. Not so hot in Melbourne. @Meowmy I hope you can settle in for the evening and feel ok. Its great you can hold down a job and be active but nobody knows what it feels like with a brain that hurts

I know how disappointing it must be @TAB I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better about it. Maybe see your GP and make it a focal point of your appointment to discuss your weight gain since thyroid surgery hey?
