@Former-Member settlement is supposed to be Friday. think owners have to do things. will take days to transfer money when it gets to that.
Does it matter if the cant make settlement date ? do I get house for free like all these shonky things see in QLD, oh I didnt really sell it, you live in house for 5 years , now am taking it back lolo eg

Its totally weird @TAB never heard of that shonky stuff going on. I don't know I think maybe just wait until Friday settlement date? When it gets sorted out you can relax. I did a holiday job in reception at a real estates office and in rentals the lady never got back to her tenants even if toilets in their home were gushing water everywhere. I don't think she was competant. Forever leaving the office for going to the cafe down the road. I had to cover for her so many times.
Just cleaned the shower after coming back in from a walk. Don't know what to do today. My blood sugar was up this morning for some strange reason so walked it off this morning.

my understanding was settlement date I get keys and the title to property.
I honestly have No Idea. guess they will just say another week or two will be fine . Not good for planning. Owners still have a mortgage, they are prob waiting on my money to pay it off , so in that case wont be getting title anytime soon, as bank has title

Ho k @Former-Member only 0920here, back needs to settle before can do anything. Need food. quick trip to coles me thinks.
Still throwing stuff in bin bit by bit, going to do another run to salvos w work clothes, wont be needing them ha ha lol, some other garden stuff had at last house think will throw, deliberately bought cheap; should have left it there. then cull tools yet again, and boxes full of every possible spray will never use again for car etc lol ok coffee may help pain meds, gotta move. Enjoy lunch

umm ..yeah thanks re clutter @StuF I'm not too good with late afternoon appts, was just thinking change it, but then just putting stuff off , guess just get food and sit in front of tv for a bit , ok with de-clutter thrown in lol
