Yes K-mart has gone down in quality to what it used to be. Last year bought an el-cheapo ladies watch from k-mart during an astrological void of course moon (void of course means that any dirt cheap purchase usually lasts the mile) I love void of course (VOC) moons they are great for going to the dollar stores, you end up getting something that is better than their expensive counterpart. Void of course means the moon is in-between astrological signs like the empty space between virgo and libra for example. Its technically not in any sign @TAB Anyway my watch is still ticking wouldn't be surprised if it lasts and lasts. Its a bit of a happy surprise factor with VOC moons when looking for a dirt cheap purchase.

.. target used to be way better quality than kmart despite same owners in Aust @Former-Member now its crap all round .. i bought a speaker for mobile phone few years back at kmart, should not have been for sale, of price was low, tried for few mins, straight in bin no regrets lol
cant keep selling thing for $20 and people expect them to be some or any use decades later when should be paying $40 or $60 for same quality
said before target jeans was my 'thing' bought like 6 pairs one after the other could just walk in, knew fit, sizing, then all changed then kmart bad fit and only last 6 mths were 'good' ones etc etc going to look for a washing machine here lol

The clothing at Target I noticed was more sustainable. I preferred their clothing to Kmart. I bought a ruana from them many years ago which I still wear and get compliments for. They ask where I bought it and I say Target and they cringe realising it comes from a department store.
But yes you can get good clothes from Target. I don't care where it comes from. If it looks good on me and matches things I allready have then I'm happy. But its surprising what you can find at Target. They should not let K-mart get away with making poor quality non sustainable clothes. Target now have a sustainable clothing policy as far as I know @TAB or at least last time I checked. Their many denier tights have lasted me years and their underclothes are comfortable. Best n Less are great for underclothes and bath towels. I surprised myself many times.

I usually go to 3 diftplaces 3 x ea and find 1item 4 sizes too small, wrong sleeve lenght and colour, so I hang onto old ones for 5 plus years way too small now ha ha

Yeah they are understocked I've noticed. You can buy thermals from Target but they were never in my size. Did read some reviews about their thermals. People in Tassie giving them the big tick. Its colder down south.
XTM brand which are sold at PlusSnow are excellent thermals for plus size and they trap heat well. I have held onto my receipt in case something goes wrong but they last a long time wearing them every day @TAB
May go and do lunch now, take care. You have a great day! 🙂
