Yeah people used to turn noses up at stump houses @Bill16 just double clad walls, make higher etc plus can put shade sail over it and use poles as base for house 6 inch pipe lol build platform off it

Nice @Meowmy just washed car here, first time in ages. Going for interstate trip soon looks. Father near done going to put him on end of life morphine on Monday most likely so wont last long on that
