enjoy @StuF I slept most of day and need more . knees and hip hurt thing morning, can only thing cos postions had to hold for xrays yest. drank way way too much last night, then with people trying to ring me and was supposed to do online Teams thing (would not have been saying much) lol put me into more overload. still havent listened to ph msg from 9am. think people who I promised things a few days ago might have to go jump in the lake lol
anyway. tomorrows another day.worked out reason why hurt shoulder. over reaching to floor w straigh legs tried using legs to get to floor, seemed way harder.
Anyway, will shut up now, enjoy party

@greenpea Heat this week has been awful. I wasn’t mentally prepared for it.
Three rough nights of not enough sleep.
Then I over eat and carry a food baby until the next decent sleep.
