@TAB have a doctors appointment tomorrow but not much can be done being that medications aren't an option. 

The weather is a bit all over the place for the rest of the week here. Up and down like a yo-yo, kind of like my moods 😂

yeah I got sleep meds  one time and never slept better @Gremlin24 then went and asked agian a  fair while later , basically got told to go jump in the lake, they said if you get tired enough you will sleep ..

@TAB I'm just not game enough to try again after the last ones sent me into a psychotic episode 😂. That's just harsh though, like I'm exhausted but I still can't sleep.

yep.. @StuF  if you drank beer , tap beer is a lot better than bottled for hangovers apparently. actually sort of productive here after cat waking me like 3am

cricket last night was good, ok watched domestic one day final SA vs Vic

yeah thought had done more, doesnt sound like much. oh, walk! been to shop as walked to shop first time in forever lol did some stretching which was prob a bit much. so being careful w back for rest of today at least. might make an outing of going to so ex-gff GP at other practice in nearby town. okay we had a tiff last time saw her, like in sept. I wasnt getting with her program, which kept growing, despite her saying it wasnt at start. seen dift  dr near every time since then lol , thats good and bad. be interesting to see how it goes with her. if okay seems def much easier to get appts w her now as no longer consulting here was told. other town is a lot smaller. seems people around here drive all over to see drs , have meals, go to certain shops etc
