Hi guys,

I slept in here. It had been super hot for past week and we were having ceiling replaced so had a couple early days in a row, getting up at 5am. Then I was on a course yesterday. Got up after 12 and then went grocery shopping. I am trying to cut out sugar and meat so had to really read labels. Just chilling now. Turned aircon on at 3:30pm.
