hate to think what I spend on food a week now @Bill16 if I go to shop to get newspaper end up spending $30-60 plus they are out power and gas as well if you have it and water etc, soap laundry detergent dishwashing liquid , TP lol it adds up hey

my shack is on 1000m2 but its little old 2 br houso place. so not worth spending on, as most of value is in the land. I'm just looking after it til I die and give it to my niece @Bill16

nice one @Bill16 hope you find a car soon, my partner is picking up her new car this week. im installing a duel dash cam into the Rolla, so many people doing stupid things now, OMG the pain it is to install the hard wire kit, the internal fuse box is upside down behind the glove box, nearly have to do yoga just to get to it.

@Bill16 the state governments want houses to meet environmental targets in future so people will be forced to shell out money to upgrade their homes. It could run into tens of thousands of dollars. If you want to move you must factor into your budget future compulsory house improvements that they are going to churn out. The Victorian State Government alludes to this on their website but thats where its heading. You can do your own research on this to see wha I'm talking about.
