I went out for a breakfast bbq at a national park this morning [edited by moderator to remove location]. I came home and bought a national parks pass for hubby and I. It will give us something to do on weekends. Spent ages on the phone waiting for Centrelink and then I spoke to my NDIS LAC. Good news, I can keep using my NDIS funding for my psychologist.

Re: Tabaluga's

did you get whitecard yet ? @Oaktree free psych w them. use NDIS money for something else

Re: Tabaluga's

That doesn't sound right @saturnzoon ... I hope you can organise a better outcome with your psychologist. Your NDIS workers are supposed to Support You

Received my white card in the post today but DVA doesn’t fully cover the cost of my psych. I don’t want to be out of pocket. So I made sure I could still use my NDIS funding

Re: Tabaluga's

National Parks pass is a great idea @Oaktree

Re: Tabaluga's

I guess you mean a psychiatrist @Oaktree i saw psychologist thru dva multiple times cost me nothing.

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB

My psychologist costs $248 for 60 minutes. DVA pay that but for 90 minutes. Therefore for a 60 minute appointment I will be out of pocket. I see a psychiatrist at the public clinic
