Had breakfast , coffee, did dishes, just took pain meds. Feeling a bit lost/scared/something. Just realised new years eve, tomorrow? ... will be asleep for it as usual. Mate in Cairns on another holiday.

Got ceiling fan on here it's nice. Lucky I got good fans. Think shower 🚿 now

No drawing practice today, ha.

Hello @TAB I hope you pick up as the day goes on.  You may feel better later perhaps? I told StuF wasn't going to buy but ended up getting a book from Brotherhood Books on different types of eyeshadow looks. So I got a cheap book with all kinds of things you can do with eyeshadow with my stash of eyeshadow pallets I got for nix of a sale several months ago

@Meowmy . feel a bit better after  shower. not doing anything rest the day, maybe get last 2 free scripts, well thats $15 lol, lost count hm free ones got this year prob 20 lol I was told it runs out at end of year. so have to get scripts today or tomorrow to get for free, then back to $7 ea or whatever

Usually fear is a root chakra thing @TAB I used to have lots of fear after an incident at a psychiatric hospital once. I've balanced my chakras for years but only just found a way to heal them so have been focussing on having the strongest, healthiest chakras ever!

Yes looking forward to doing eyeshadow. 

BTW I think this cat has an owner. She had some kind of tar on her fur and its been chopped off last time I checked. So she belongs to somebody. Also noticed perfume on her several weeks back - a ladies perfume, posibly from patting the cat?

..for real ? mine gets tarred as well re cat. it sheds lot hair, can look like its been cut @SmilingGecko  yeah well fear is to do with job , health , age etc, notso sure about chakras

I don't know what to make of it @TAB it looks like a clean angle cut with scissors and there was a dob of tar on her ear last time. I can always make her a paper collar covered in cello tape with my phone number on it letting the cat owner know the cat has come to my house?

You don't have to believe in any religion to do chakra work, tbh I belong to the online UFO community so my religion is off planet with Pleiadians and other E.T. races.

But the chakra work can get rid of lots of negative emotions for sure. I just listen to audios from Meditative Mind off you tube for chakra balancing/healing and it helps me especially if I go into crowded public spaces with lots of people. Even if you don't believe in it experiencing how it can settle you and make you feel balanced can be good
