oh no @PeppyPatti im so sorry your son has stopped speaking to you, it must be truly heartbreaking, im so glad you have a few friends whom you can confide in and have that support network around you, i only have mum and my partner really, i have no friends at all.
mental health issues are always exhausting but im glad you took some time out to find ways to help yourself and to cope with situations that may arise.
i hope in time you can rekindle a relationship with your son. will just take time.
