Ha ha ha 😂😂 @tonys 🌷
Well actually, I personally dont swear. But I am tollerant of those who do, and am not offended by it.
I guess little Hannah is a bit spoiled with her tucker. Doesnt Swamp Thing 🐶 get berries, nuts, and other occasional treats? Hannah is booked in for her final round of puppy vaccinations at the vet tomorrow. Funny little girl probably sees it as great fun and another exciting outing. 😊
Gotta go. See ya in passing @tonys 🚢 ⚓⛵
Good morning @TAB 😊

Good morning @TAB @Meowmy @Emelia8 @tonys @StuF
Just in from a walk in the early hours. It almost knocked me out. My meds are just so sedating in the mornings! Its surprising that I can even function on them. They just take away my mojo. Better to walk later in the day afternoons etc. Well its done now. I'm half dead.
Spoke to tech wizard yesterday about my computer. The problem should be solved soon by the end of today. Its been a real headache but he knows what to do. Hes a lovely man to deal with
I hope you are doing ok @TAB You may have time to get your assignment done today. I don't know how you cope going back to school. I wouldn't consider trying it. Oh in regards to your previous comment yesterday I did not take it the wrong way. Its all good.
I have lost inches around my belly since doing detox for two months. Spoke to a sports coach back in January who owns a health store and he said fat accumulates when there are heavy metals. He was really high end with hair analysis and chelators which I can't realistically afford. He lost his patience with me after I mentioned I was a pensioner and was ready to hang up. Well I'm going to prove him wrong about what pensioners can do.
Have done chelation before from a healer who made it affordable for people. She used to source top quality zeolite in bulk and repackage it and sell it to people on low incomes.
The only problem was is zeolite is very dehydrating. Have heard that from another healer who was more up to speed and I can attest that its true going my my experience. So these days I avoid zeolite. I'm using up an old coriander/herbal formula with fullerines that chelates heavy metals. The digital sound audios really flush it out too.
But my stomach has shrunk! He shared his breathwork website that athletes use, can't afford that but did see another breathwork dude that was sharing a different style of breathwork that was getting results. He also told me to walk up a steep incline. Theyve just built a steep bridge not far from me so will possibly walk up and down that bridge. It was built specifically for me! lol! Thank you roads and infrastructure authority! Only joking but just when you need it, its there. The built it last year. Its only 10 minutes from my home.
I hope everyone has a nice day today

@Former-Member muddling around w study, just preparing and trying not to forget hints, will be a solid day or 2 over next 2 weeks, theres more to do than I realised and the trainer did not make this clear, which is annoying.
