I know @TAB
But I also know how this person will play the game around the system.
Perhaps past experience hadn’t served me well in family law either.

Oh gosh @greenpea
That would have been so hard. Unfortunately laws don’t allow families to
easily move interstate without being summoned back by the other party. There may be a distance between but it is only so far that remaining in the same state is possible. Of course unless an agreement can be made.
@TAB yes I know and agree with you both.
I refuse to be pushed around and let vigilantism move me away from a place my children feel connected to friends.
It got me down this evening, one of those sudden moments when you can’t even eat, everything feels hard and overwhelming. I have three boys, the tasks never end.
I feel it really did overwhelm me why people act without thinking so carelessly.
I know some of these people certainly would choose to deal the situation with underhand ways.
But I never have seen this an answer. For karma pays a pretty price.
I can only remind myself of how far I have come and my own strength.
I just wish he would come collect his belongings rather than doing the drive by’s or making small excuses to come in.
So I can stop taking important things away.
His behaviour is unpredictable and for now I refuse to be beaten. 😊

The bit I most like about @greenpea post is . "it saved her Life" That's the bottom line.
You have one life.. Save it, . . . . while you still have the choice to do so. Even with legal
interventions, you have no control over these people. The papers are full of people who
simply, . . never saw it coming.. The gods have granted you more than your allotment of
warnings. Its not running . Its a strategic withdrawal from toxic terrain, fading in a
rear vision mirror.
You are at that point in your life. One decision.. here.. now..
I wish you, and your children, a happy safe life. tonys..

😂 @TAB
oh I know! If only!
An issue with blocking, is the legal aspect when a child be in the picture. This would grant favour toward him.
I’m far too smart for any of that.
Tricky yes, because I have watched his nature, it is calculated. The more I realised the scarier it became.
