its not really bread @Meowmy  ..something can make sandwich with maybe ? I didnt follow recipe . just remember airfryer. grated potato and spray oil at start, i cooked 20 mins at least. it all sticks together from potato juice makes pancake. i put salt , pepper, garlic , cheese , still pretty bland, but ok plus did not use recipe

I didn't realise rosti was Swiss. Used to have it at a cafe near the Cross...gone now. Used to serve awesome Spanish omelettes for late breakfast

been awake mostly since 2am seems @Meowmy  went to be super early. Back really not good today. think aircons can stay outside for a while. was worried someone pinch them, well guess can put away. Carefully. I could go to bigtown today, dont have to. will run out of toothpaste and mouthwash sometime tho and local is very dear and not what I like.

Might go to local shop, just for paper and bread, but dont have to do that either. will be inside day today I think
