are you really doing 60 reps per exercise @Meowmy  re 12 reps 5 sets ?

 I will do bit heavier but less reps

finished here plus hung washing out @Meowmy  am ruined. really light weights  only 1 set 8-10 reps plus did situps not done in years , same w squats , I wont be able to move tomorrow lol

.. I have may days @Appleblossom  re 'house proud' or at least functional wise .. was just saying to @StuF  might throw bag of lime in there  or dead kangaroo  re old time septic fixes lol. I remember digging one out on farm as kids. No adults involved. shovels and wheelbarrow, go to it ...

was puffing , finished up lying on floor sweating @Meowmy  my lower back is going to love this once get used to it again. prob weeakest ever in some exercises and not far off it in others ha ha had 2 waters throat still dry think beer instead lol
