@StuF  milk cartons are good, also used arm wrestle people at pub when 17 against people who would train w broom handles with cans of cement on ends lol

was asleep before @Meowmy  had huge nap after walk . 

Noticed  a rose bush out front that looked crappy and overgrown ages ago, this morning its all covered in the greenest leaves, ok barely any flowers, prob still needs to be pruned.

..umm I could Lie to you and say yes @Meowmy  but got swim set as goal for tomorrow in bigtown, see how busy pool really is or isnt re times , so  you can report to me on here waht you are doing  and i will follow along, but trying for swim tomorrow. walk today lots aches pains, all brief, and went away. still feeling benefits from swim and massage 2 weeks ago, re back, have gained a lot of sideways mobility notice in getting in car and looking when reversing, so want to keep it up lol. Got new goggles from there too lol. think their big outdoor pool opens in 2 weeks also local one here opens in 6 weeks, but run by same, people, said if hot, will start season early. also need to research pool run by other company in next town other way, which is actually closet to me ie 19ks vs 30 for big town, but big town on highway, not bendy country road.

@TAB hey tabby, great re swim tomorrow. Think dumb bells can help swimming re arm strength. In one hour, I will do chest presses,shoulder presses, back rows, biceps, triceps, squads, dead lifts and abdo crunches. Ten reps each for two sets. Takes about fifteen minutes. Join if you like 😊😊
