if i was up 2hours earlier half a chance for productive day @StuF  was not to be. brushed teeth and went to loo, feeling almost good now lol, but I'm not going out there now, ok only 23 deg .. and neighbour creeping around banging things in shed ugh rather stay inside then again 20 mins and all done . no guts no glory ... hmm ..

Thats just simply no good @TAB. I don't think you are able to work tbh You've tried jobs but your health is not currently supporting you in that endeavour. I know job networks can be really hard lined but yes I hear you and understand your fears and concerns about being cut off the unemployment benefit. I'm really sorry its amounted to this when an impersonal agency that does not know the extent of your personal health struggles can make such draconian decisions that punish people such as yourself when they are not well.  I don't think you have been well for a while and being alone without friends or family doesn't make things better.  Just letting you know I'm thinking of you and this rotten nasty situation you find yourself in. I just hope you can pull something off. I don't know if you are eligible for the disabled pension. For me it was hard to get and they were actually later on in the piece trying to get the disabled off it. I had to attend a meeting at one time to prove I could not work. It was daunting, stressful and really scary so I know how you must be feeling.

have had it here @StuF  all done. not a picture but 10 inches shorter in worst parts  sweating, back tightened up after 5 mins no front of hips tight lol  

going to do 3 glasses water and sit in front of A/c for a while ..
