Met a few drama queens, I'm not much one for drama, I like things kept simple @TAB but when planets do an astro wobbly its easy to lose your center.  I think youve had genuine hardship though. It must be hard coping

Anyway must get the day on the road @TAB I hope you have a good start to the day. I have to see the podiatrist this afternoon. My feet are doing ok, no neuropathy or whatever it is I don't feel tingles and strange sensations there anymore. But its been January since I've last seen him. Wishing you a wonderful day TAB!

am achey @Former-Member  face swollen, feel ordinary, think big lot of stretches last night had an effect. Well hope for the Good long term.

Sister bothered me about putting balance of house money back in high interest account,so because she refused to hear me tell her  how why I did it and how hard it was , I kept repeating story til actually got to the end ha ha lol

anyway, was potentially painful and Done Now. Just getting stuff into car.

yes, I had tingling sort of feeling in feet, never had before, gone away, not had in couple weeks now maybe

@StanD the book is a good intro to energetic hygeine if you have no prior knowledge about the subject. It however unfortunately takes you through to an online portal to do a course. I wouldn't sign up as the pricing is prohibitive.
