Thats ok @TAB your comments are very welcome as I have had to ring the ACCC many times with tradies doing the wrong thing. I go through the water utilities supplier as they have their own plumbing service. They seem to be all above board compared to ringing other plumbers. Gave myself a vigorous colon cleanse last night because of diabetes constipation. Shouldn't have done it, was told afterwards instead to use Coloxyl with Senna. The colon cleanse pushed my fasting blood glucose up to 8.3. Felt yuk. Rang nurse on call for advice spoke to a nice male nurse who gave me lots of really great tips and advice, it was a really long call. Told me to see my GP, they were all booked up so spoke to diabetes educator this morning. I will be ok. Feeling some level of improvement but got to get plumbing fixed which I could have done without. I hope you have a good day TAB. I'm spending the day in bed. Been told not to exercise.

um theres times I nearly got enema thing from chemist esp w pain meds @Former-Member
senna is mild I think. lots small blood vessels down there, very easy to do damage, can have serious consequences . anyway rest up
um decided to check my money , got some stupid 'authenticator' app so cannot log in with new phone , rang them they asked stupid questions, i gave client number , address, name D.O.B. but was under misapprehension that what appears as 2 accounts on their app is really one apparently so they locked me out ha ha ha ha then I googled it and rang backsaying you know how stupid a question that is? as in anyone could google it and how should I know it? not stated clearly anywhere, looks and acts like 2 accounts shheez .. so they said they would fix it which they didnt, eventually twigged if put SIM in old ph and logged in on laptop might work.. so app on phone is generating codes Im thinking what do I do with that ? theres nowhere to enter it .. so eventually scrolled down and it just says are you who you say you are lol
so bugger the extra interest they are idiots and cannot trust them so have started withdrawing money to transfer back to commonwealth for 1/3rd interest at least they are bank not a bunch og hooray harry's working for dad like all uni students or something just making stuff up which does not work lolo
.....OH .... got inspection in a few hours ha ha , googled what to do , am going to throw recent sales of other places at them re features and price and say this place not with $30k more lolo
would have been a bit embarrassing if go there saying cash buyer then cant make 10% deposit as uni students cant make a banking app that works lolo ......................

@TAB I used to do colonic cleansing since a psych medication impacted my bowel after being in a psych ward. Have been doing it for years but can't do it anymore with diabetes according to diabetes educator. Bought some medcation for constipation for standby and will have more fibre in my diet. OMG how much fibre do you need? I have fresh fruit and veg as well and psyllium husk with every meal.
Thats good you could sign on changing with your SIM card. Bright idea! Yes apps are problematic. But look I'm so glad you went ahead to look into and to inspect those places. I think things are going haywire today. I tried checking the planets and theres a bit of a hiatus astrologically. The plumber can't come today their computer wasn't registering my booking (Had similar problems to you)
I can't begin to say how happy I am for you! You can say bye bye to that rotten caravan park. Just avoid your new neighbours and keep to yourself is my advice! 🙂

I think we're all buying houses on here @Bill16. So funny. I hope you get a nice place that suits you down to the ground! 🙂 My house's foundations have shifted due to other plumbing issues not related to todays leak. I would have to have a stack of trees felled and replacement of the underground plumbing which has tree roots cracking the old ceramic pipes. It causes water to leech into the soil making the ground levels shift. Can't afford it. Its caused cracks in several parts of the house! 😞

Yeah @Bill16 , its so daunting. I think you would know I had geo-engineer here in addition to plumbers and building inspectors. My house started getting this way a while back and things got stalled during covid19.
