@GezzaP I cant begin to say how happy for you that your mental health has returned to normal. Its good news! I like to see you when you are doing well with your routine and pottering around the house, I know you love your garden. I just did my lower body weights. Its 8:45am here dont know what time of the morning the electrician is getting here they did say after 9. Might not get here again lol The roof is wet I dont know if he has to hop on the roof for inspection or just check the inverter. Wil be so glad to get this problem sorted out.

I know @GezzaP when is your next appointment with the shrink? Does it need to be tapered off or can you just stop taking the higher dosage?

I suspect electrician will have to get on roof @SmilingGecko . It is good to be normal and sleeping. I do still wake up early because I get tired early. But I like the early mornings.

Yeah watch TV @TAB sounds good. I'm going off to listen to a Money Magazine podcast that I've put off for a while. Dont know how new taxation affects my disability trust
